By using AiVakil ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
AiVakil is an AI-powered legal information service that provides:
- AI chat for legal queries in Hinglish
- Browseable Indian law sections (IPC, BNS, CrPC, MV Act, Constitution, etc.)
- FIR document upload and AI analysis
- Landmark judgements reference
3. NOT Legal Advice
AiVakil does NOT provide legal advice. The information provided is for educational and reference purposes only, sourced from publicly available Government databases. For specific legal matters, you MUST consult a qualified Advocate registered with the Bar Council of India.
4. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or outdated information. Always verify important legal information with a qualified professional and official sources.
5. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- One account per person — no sharing.
6. Subscription Tiers
AiVakil offers Free, Basic, and Pro tiers with different daily usage limits. Free tier limits reset daily at midnight (IST). Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload malicious content, malware, or attempt to hack the Service.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission.
- Use AI responses to mislead others or commit fraud.
8. Intellectual Property
The AiVakil name, logo, design, code, and Hinglish explanations are proprietary. Government law texts (IPC, Constitution, etc.) remain in the public domain. You may share AiVakil-generated explanations with attribution for personal/educational use only.
9. Limitation of Liability
AiVakil and its operators shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to legal outcomes based on AI-provided information.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime by contacting support.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
