- Account Info: Name, email, city, profession (User/Advocate/Student) when you register.
- Usage Data: Sections viewed, FIRs uploaded, AI chat queries — to enforce free-tier limits.
- FIR Documents: PDF/image files you voluntarily upload for AI analysis. These are stored securely and used only for your analysis.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device info — standard server logs.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide AI-powered legal information and document analysis.
- To enforce subscription tier limits (Free/Basic/Pro).
- To improve our service and user experience.
- To send essential account-related communications (NOT marketing).
4. AI Processing & Third Parties
Your chat queries and FIR text content are processed by third-party Large Language Models (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses. We do NOT share your personally identifiable information with these providers; only the query text is sent. Providers do not retain query data for training without consent.
5. Data Storage & Security
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Communication is encrypted via HTTPS. User data is stored in secure MongoDB databases. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your data anytime.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Correction: Update your profile information from the dashboard.

7. Children's Privacy
